This policy explains what Booking Systems Co., Ltd. (“we”) does with the information you send when you request a free transfer to World Gems Collection.

What we collect

Only what the booking form asks for: your name, the contact number or username you give us, your city, hotel or pick-up address, the date and time you want, the number of guests, your preferred language, and anything you write in the comment field.

This site has no account system, no backend database and no payment processing. Nothing you type is stored on this website — the form assembles a message in your own browser and hands it to WhatsApp or Telegram, which you then send yourself. We receive it as an ordinary chat message.

Why we use it

• To confirm your booking and agree a pick-up point and time.
• To pass the driver the address, headcount and time — nothing more.
• To tell the venue how many visitors to expect and in which language.
• To reply to you if plans change on either side.

Who else sees it

The driver assigned to your trip, and the venue's reception in the form of a headcount and a language. We do not sell, rent or trade your data, and we do not pass it to advertisers.

Your message travels through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) or Telegram, whichever you choose. Their own privacy terms apply to that transport.

How long we keep it

Chat correspondence remains in our messaging history. Ask us to delete your conversation and we will remove it.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies of its own and runs no advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address as part of serving the file.

Your rights

Write to us on any of the channels below to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will act on it within a reasonable time and at no charge.
