This policy explains what Booking Systems Co., Ltd. (“we”) does with the information you send when you request a free transfer to World Gems Collection.
What we collect
Only what the booking form asks for: your name, the contact number or username you give us, your city, hotel or pick-up address, the date and time you want, the number of guests, your preferred language, and anything you write in the comment field.
This site has no account system and no payment processing. When you send the form, the details go to our own server, which records them in an internal booking log and forwards them to the private team chat our dispatchers work from. We never ask for card details, passport scans or a deposit to arrange a transfer.
If you would rather not use the form, writing to us on WhatsApp or Telegram, or simply calling, reaches us just as well.
Why we use it
- To confirm your booking and agree a pick-up point and time.
- To pass the driver the address, headcount and time — nothing more.
- To tell the venue how many visitors to expect and in which language.
- To reply to you if plans change on either side.
Who else sees it
The driver assigned to your trip, and the venue's reception in the form of a headcount and a language. We do not sell, rent or trade your data, and we do not pass it to advertisers.
Requests sent from the form are delivered to our team chat over Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC), and its own terms apply to that transport. If you write to us on WhatsApp or Telegram directly instead, Meta Platforms or Telegram carry that message under their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
A booking stays in our internal log and in the team chat for about a year, which covers repeat visits and any dispute about a trip. Chat correspondence remains in our messaging history. Ask us to delete your booking or your conversation and we will remove both.
Cookies and analytics
This site loads Google Tag Manager (container GTM-P97GK42J), which in turn may load Google's analytics and advertising tags. Those tags set cookies in your browser and record the visit: which pages you opened, roughly where you are (derived from your IP address), your device and browser, and how you arrived here. Google processes that data under its own terms.
None of it identifies you by name, and none of it is joined to a booking you send us. If you would rather not be measured, block third-party scripts in your browser or turn on its tracking-protection setting — every page works exactly the same without them.
Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sees your IP address as part of serving the file.
Your rights
Write to us on any of the channels below to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will act on it within a reasonable time and at no charge.
